Spa Policy: Cancellations, Refunds, Lateness & Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. These guidelines keep things fair, protect availability, and help every guest enjoy a calm, premium experience.

  • Cancellations & rescheduling

    To respect the time of all clients, cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours notice.

    Same-day changes

    For same-day appointments, a minimum of 1 hour notice is required for cancellations or changes.

  • 💳

    Deposits

    Deposits are non-refundable for client-initiated cancellations. However, deposits may be applied toward future bookings where proper notice is given.

  • 🔁

    Rescheduling fee

    A ₦10,000 rescheduling fee applies to any appointment changed with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Lateness

    Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the appointment time will incur a ₦10,000 lateness fee, and service duration may be adjusted accordingly.

  • 🚫

    No-shows

    Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged in full. However, 50% of the deposit may be refunded or credited at the spa’s discretion.
